sorry the posting has been so sparse. my computer is still in the process of being fixed. i just shipped it out to hp the day before thanksgiving. they said anywhere from 1 and a half to 2 weeks. so i haven’t done much in the way of posting. i don’t want to get too used to using my old computer.

here’s a piece of advice:
never agree to work a shift unless it is specified that you will be working AM or PM.
i recently agreed to work 8-10:30 on sunday, according to an email from my manager. little did i know, that means 8pm-10:30pm. on a sunday. i would never have volunteered if i knew that.

i can already tell where this day is headed. it’s raining… hard. i have an HR meeting at 10 for 2 hours. i can’t login to my stupid scheduling program because now we have to use tokens and mine doesn’t work. i have to work until 8. i have to drive all over the freakin’ state of new jersey for my appointments.

can somebody tell me why the apple store would be scheduling genius bar appointments at 9am on a sunday when the store doesn’t open until 11? i’m gonna be really pissed off if i get there only to find out i made an appointment for an unavailable time. i mean, why would they offer the appointment if nobody is going to be there?

yeah, we’ve all heard that one before.
i was recently reading an article in the new maxim about this site, tumblr, and it kind of peaked my interest. they described it as a blogging site for people who are too busy or lazy to blog. sounds like my kind of site.
so far, i have to say i’m pretty impressed. everything is very simple to use and easy to setup. the layouts are pretty cool....
